Passenger Elevator Technology (MRL & Traction)

We supply and commission elevators designed for high-traffic residential and commercial buildings.

Drive System: We utilize Gearless Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSM). unlike older geared motors, these require no oil, consume 40% less electricity, and provide near-silent operation.
Control Architecture: Our controllers use 32-bit Microprocessors with closed-loop feedback. This ensures the elevator stops exactly level with the floor ($\pm 3$mm accuracy), preventing tripping hazards.
Speed & Capacity:
- Residential: 4–8 passengers (320kg – 630kg) @ 1.0 m/s speed.
- Commercial: 10–21 passengers (800kg – 1600kg) @ 1.75 m/s to 2.5 m/s speed.

Heavy-Duty Industrial Freight Elevators

Designed for factories in the Erbil Industrial Zone, our freight systems are reinforced to handle point-loads from forklifts and pallet jacks.

Hydraulic Systems: Ideal for low-rise factories (up to 4 floors). We use heavy-duty Hydraulic Power Units (HPU) with rupture valves to prevent falling even if a pipe bursts.
Traction Freight: For high-rise warehouses. Features 4:1 Roping Ratios to maximize lifting torque for loads up to 5,000kg.
Door Configurations:
- Vertical Bi-Parting Doors: The door opens up/down to save floor space for forklift maneuvering.
- Collapsible Gates: Cost-effective manual steel gates for simple goods lifts.

Modernization & Retrofitting
